Sparkle Fruit Juices for Bubbly Fun and 80% Less Sugar & Calories

Fruit juices have a surprising amount of calories and sugars. As a result many families are reducing their children's fruit juice consumption. However, fruit juices are natural and healthy in moderate amounts. Bonne O has a solution for all families by reducing fruit juices calories and sugars by 80%! Plus making juice sparklers is fun to watch! Everyone loves bubbles and now there is a great, healthy reason to love them.

Let's start with a treat for the kids. Kids love grape juice because it is a rich, flavorful, sweet juice. Since it has such a rich color and flavor you can easily sparkle it and it retains its beautiful purple/ruby color and flavor. So here is a way for parents AND kids to get what they want. Sparkle grape juice for a Grape Sparkler!  Kids love it and you'll love that it transforms a 240ml / 8 oz serving of grape juice with 155 calories and 39g of sugar into a 30 calorie treat with a very acceptable 8g of sugar per glass.

To make this, fill the flavor chamber with grape juice and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber.  Place a handful of ice cubes in the bottle and top it up to the rim with cold water.  Close up the system and press the button.  Click here to see the start of the carbonation cycle. You'll see why kids love to watch it. It is just the right visual incentive to get them to love lower calorie, lower sugar Grape Sparklers!

Now for a Pomegranate-Blueberry Sparkler. The regular juice has 152 calories & 31g sugar for a standard 240ml / 8 fl.oz. serving. Sparkle it with your Bonne O and it turns into a 30 calorie / 6g sugar treat per serving. That's the type of treat you can sip any afternoon!

To make this, fill the flavor chamber with pomegranate-blueberry juice and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber.  Place a handful of ice cubes in the bottle and top it up to the rim with cold water.  Close up the system and press the button.  Click here to see the start of the carbonation cycle - it's a neat effect as the juice enters the bottle.

Next is a Sparkled Mango Smoothie. This smoothie has 133 calories and 37g of sugar for a regular 240ml / 8 fl.oz. serving. Sparkle it with your Bonne O and it turns into a 26 calorie / 5g sugar treat per serving. It is no longer thick like the smoothie, but rather becomes an All Natural Mango Sparkler. Very refreshing and no longer drinks like a meal.

To make this, fill the flavor chamber with mango smoothie and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Place a handful of ice cubes in the bottle and top it up to the rim with cold water.  Close up the system and pressure the button.  Click here to see the start of the carbonation cycle lava lamp effect.

On the topic of sparkled smoothies, the sky is the limit so long as it it not too thick to make it into the bottle. Here we've taken an Apple-Pineapple-Kiwi-Mango "Green Goodness" from Bolthouse Farms. It works. Like the drink itself, the look isn't terribly photogenic but the taste and smell is wonderful. It takes a tasty and somewhat heavy smoothie and turns it into a Green Sparkler packed with goodness!

To make this, follow the instructions above, but put your favourite smoothie in the flavor chamber! See the smoothie enter the bottle from the bottom and then mix with the bubbles in a video here.

Finally it is time for a tip for the adults only. Sparkling OJ is great way to lighten orange juice from 105 calories and 24g of sugar for a regular 240ml / 8 fl.oz. serving into a 21 calorie / 5g sugar treat per serving. But life is not all calorie counting and sugar reduction. Sometimes Mom & Dad want to add a bit of vodka to their OJ for a lovely Sparkling Screwdriver!

To make this, put a handful of ice cubes in the bottle and 3/4 cup or 6 fl oz of vodka to the bottle. Top the bottle up with cold water to the rim. Fill the flavor chamber with pulp-free orange juice and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Close up the system and push the button. We hope your family enjoys these great ways to sparkle fruit juices and smoothies for bubbly fun & 80% less sugar and calories!
