The only proper way to celebrate New Year's Eve is with lots of bubbles! Ring in the New Year with this raspberry and sparkling wine cocktail.
The drink is a balance of tangy and sweet, perfect for any toast.
To get as much flavour as possible we mashed the raspberries and poured the drink in the champagne flutes using a small strainer to avoid having too many small raspberry pieces.
Feel free to add a few extra full raspberries to the champagne flute for a more festive look.

- 1 Bottle White Wine
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Lemon Slice
- Mash Raspberries & Slice Lemon
- Add the ingredients to the bottle.
- Add a carbonator & fill the flavour chamber with water.
- Close up the system and press the button to sparkle & infuse.
